Nicola's Virtual London Marathon

We’d like to take a moment to congratulate Nicola on her marathon journey, and proudly showcase the personalised print that was commissioned for her by her two good friends Julia and Dave. The pair requested for this print to be made in advance of the Virtual London Marathon so it could be presented to Nicola on the day to commemorate her special and emotional achievement.

With great support from her friends, Nicola completed Sunday’s marathon in memory of her son Ethan and raised 150% of her target for Make-A-Wish Foundation at just over £3,000.

Make-A-Wish UK grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Granting their wish provides seriously ill children with hope for the future, strength to cope and resilience to fight their condition. They’re given quality time away from the daily realities of living with their condition and given the chance to make magical memories they can treasure forever – whatever their future may hold. Make-A-Wish want to transform the lives of 1,000 children this year by granting their One True Wish.
